Payment

The buyer can make their payment by credit card or debit card. Transactions go through a secure payment site of Borgun.

Shipping policy

We ship once a week, using international standard mail. We dispatch the products once a week, usually on Thursdays. Tracking information will be provided.

In the unlikely event the piece is damaged or lost by the mail, please contact the carrier. 

Shipments from Iceland can be estimated to take between 7 - 14 days to be delivered depending on which country we send to. Shipments within Iceland can take up to 7 days to be delivered. Please use the tracking number to follow your shipment or contact the carrier in case of delays.

Additional taxes and duties may be added upon arrival in the destination country; we are unable to estimate these fees, and they are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping policies only apply to physical products, not experiences such as workshops.

Refund policy

Workshops:

Deposits are never refunded.
In case you need to cancel your participation in a workshop the workshop fee (minus the deposit) can be fully refunded until four weeks prior to the first day of the workshop.  No refunds will be made during the four weeks prior to the first day of the workshop.


Ceramics:

All purchases are final. As our colour range and material usage varies we are unable to offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee availability.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturing process. If this is the case please send us an email at bragginn.studio@gmail.com. We review each case individually and we reserve our right to make the final decision.

In case of manufacturing defect you will receive a gift card of the same value as the defected item.

Workshops:

Deposits are never refunded.
In case you need to cancel your participation in a workshop the workshop fee (minus the deposit) can be fully refunded until four weeks prior to the first day of the workshop.  No refunds will be made during the four weeks prior to the first day of the workshop.

Pricing

All of our prices are published subjected to printing errors and we reserve the right to cancel the transaction if the wrong price has been given. Please note that the product price may change without notice.

All prices are given including VAT.

Privacy Policy

The seller provides full confidentiality on all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Information from the buyer will not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.

The website host, Shopify, may use personal information, e.g. residence, age, business history to create appropriate messages for the member of the site. This information is never disclosed to any third party. Members of the website can always unsubscribe and thus deny the company use of such information.

Warranty

Workshops:

In the unlikely event we would have to cancel a workshop, workshop fees will be refunded minus the deposit.
We are however never responsible for any extra costs the buyer might have regarding to his/hers participation in the workshops, f.x. travel costs, accommodation and so forth.


Ceramics:

Our ceramic wares come with no warranty. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturing process. If this is the case please send us an email at bragginn.studio@gmail.com. We review each case individually and we reserve our right to make the final decision.

Venue

Provisions and terms shall be interpreted according to Icelandic laws. In the event of a dispute or if someone claims he/she has a claim against Bragginn Studio on the basis of provisions and terms, such dispute or claims shall be referred to the Icelandic courts for consideration.

By signing up to Bragginn Studio mailing list, you agree to receive information about new products and offers. The e-mail addresses are confidential and are not provided to any third party under any circumstances. If the customer wishes to be removed from the mailing list, follow the instructions at the bottom of the email or send an email to bragginn.studio@gmail.com

Bragginn Studio reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
